The space
Step inside and be captivated by the living area. It's a stunning and incredibly inviting space, elegantly decorated. The large living room features reclining sofas, large high resolution TV. Unwind in this cozy living room – its inviting warmth is accentuated by tasteful furniture choices, rich wood floors, and a luxurious ambience.


The spacious gourmet kitchen features an ocean view and smartly designed workspace. It has updated new appliances, including an induction cooktop, quartzite countertops, an extended eating bar with ocean view. The kitchen seamlessly flows into an open dining area, creating a perfect zone for culinary adventures and shared meals.

Upstairs bathrooms are totally remodeled and include a soaking tub with shower and a large 6 foot long shower in the master bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has it its own entrance to come in from the beach with a shower.

Finally, soak up the sun and the fresh air on the expansive deck umbrellas and comfy seating. Beach essentials are there for unforgettable adventures at Chapman Beach. Other things to note

★ FOOD AND DRINKS ★
We encourage the use of non-glass dinnerware and glasses on the decks, which are provided. There is no glass allowed on the beach.

★ SMOKING ★
No smoking indoors or on the premises.

★ PARTIES★
Parties are strictly prohibited.

★ NOISE★
Guests should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 7 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.

★ TRASH ★
All trash shall be taken out upon checking out the premises. The trash and recycle bin are located in back of the shed. Collected trash must be inside a plastic bag and deposited into the waste bin. The trash and recycle bins should be brought to the corner of the street by Sunday evening if you are staying during that day. The trash is collected very early on Monday morning.

★ ENTRY ACCESS CODE ★
Kindly remember your entry access code. Sharing of the entry access code with non-guest is prohibited.

★ DECK FURNITURE ★
Please cover the wicker chairs with the covers provided and also the umbrellas when there is rain in the forecast and upon departure.
