"Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. "

"This place is perfectly appointed and the location being right across from the train station is PERFECT. Hosts were great too. "

"Very spacious and well-equipped cottage in ideal position for exploring the area although you need to be careful on the surrounding roads which are narrow with poor visibility."

"Picture's don't really do it justice - property is gorgeous! Only issue was parking but bar that, it is in a great location and described accurately. Communicated with James throughout and he is a great host!"

"Really well equipped property in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 10 minutes or so to walk into Deal or onto the sea front. Co-op, pizza place and Chinese just a couple of minutes away. Easy to park outside. An excellent, comfortable place to stay. Internet signal was good and two of us were able to work from home without any issues - there's two desks in the house. Couldn't fault anything and the host was really easy to communicate with, simple check-in via key box. "

"The house was just what we needed in Canterbury, as 3 friends have the house with 3 double bedrooms was ideal. Very clean, check in was smooth, has a great garden out back and the host response and friendly - would recommend."

"This property is in a great location. It was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you could possibly need. The owner had liaised with me before arrival and had toddler proofed the property so we could relax and enjoy the space. So many quirky touches that enhanced the experience. This was a family break with a toddler, her mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and each generation was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. "

"Great communication with James, ideal location. Quiet and easily accessible to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Fabulous local pub, The Red Lion in walking distance. Cottage was modern, clean and very comfy beds. Garden leading to woods and fields. "

"We stayed for two nights in this small but lovely shepherd’s hut. It was kitted out well for 4 guests (but I think it would be very tight for four adults) and it was clean and very comfortable. It has a lovely private outside space and was very quiet. Good place to access the delights of Whitstable. "

"Lovely clean place with great facilities. Only issue was description states "bedroom 4" where's it could possibly state "sofabed/bedroom". Caused a little initial confusion but all good after that. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks "

"Very noisy due to traffic. Lounge sofa's very small and inadequate for adults, outside light not working need torch to find key hole. Bathroom and toilet very difficult to access due to poor layout no USB ports, no welcome pack, had to go to shop for milk after 6 hour journey. Wouldn't recommend staying here."

"Well appointed, comfortable, clean accommodation near shops, restaurants and the harbour. There was considerable care taken in making this a child-friendly space and the garden was appreciated by all."

"I really liked the bedrooms and the size of the property for 9 of us was perfect... The location and driveway were so convenient, litterally across the road from all the amenities. The property isn't perfect.... The bathroom and downstairs showeroom are very poorly finished and as a consequence have exposed wall, sub flooring and chipboard. There is also a substantial problem with mold in the showroom as there is no extractor (though weirdly a hole has been cut in the tiles to accommodate...
