"We had a beautiful time reunioning with a multiple family friend group at this luxury ranch. For us, the centerpiece and real draw was the pool. The kids were in it from morning until night. The depth of 4’-6’ with a shelf along one side was perfect for getting some of the younger ones more confident with swimming. The size was great for our crowd and not so big that pool parents got too tired from marathon sharks and minnows. The location made it easy to call inside for a replacement shark when necessary.Inside, the kitchen was unbelievably well stocked, with the quality of items unmatched in most rentals. We cooked all of our meals except for one trip out to Jester King brewery for pizza (which, with the misters, was comfortable even in the Austin summer heat). There was even a full stash of nice Tupperware so that we could store leftovers efficiently. The pool table was the nicest we had ever played on, and many of us enjoyed a game or two when we came in for a break from the pool. We were also very excited to use the fire pit for s’mores, and enjoyed an incredible view of the sunset. The estate is massive and pristine with complete privacy. It was so nice to be able to let the kids roam between the fort, the lawn and even to check out the longhorns. It seemed like we discovered something new to enjoy each day.Owner Alicia was extremely responsive and friendly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property, definitely 5 stars!"

"Even with the creek dry we had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved the porch with the view of woods, creek & up the hill. Beds are comfortable, WiFi is good & kitchen has everything you need. Looking forward to staying again after the drought. BBQ grill & fire pit w/wood on property. Would like to mention there is an Italian restaurant only on 20 minutes away with great pizza!"

"The house and property was beautiful. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed during our stay. The driveway to the house was very difficult to maneuver due to the uneven gravel, and there were a lot of flies and gnats in the house. Otherwise, no complaints! The property manager was very communicative and helpful during our stay. "

"We had the best time at Long Weekend! This house was everything we needed for a fun, relaxing getaway with family, and friends. It’s super spacious, stylish, and cozy all at once. The giant couch was a total highlight — we all fit on it for movie nights, card games, and lots of laughs!The outdoor area is just as awesome. We spent our days floating in the private pool, playing lawn games, and hanging out under the big shady trees. Nights were our favorite though — sitting outside under the stars with music and drinks... total vibes.It’s in a great spot too! We were just a few minutes from Angel’s Icehouse (perfect for casual food and drinks), J5 Steakhouse (SO good), and we even caught some live music at Poodie’s one night. Plus, the Hill Country Galleria is close by if you need to grab anything or feel like shopping.Seriously, this place had everything — space for everyone to spread out and chill, and all the little touches that made it feel special. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back!"

" Stayed here with a few other family members and really enjoyed all of the large separate spaces and bedrooms. The game room was a fabulous amenity to have the kids able to play and enjoy some fun. We were extra grateful to have the overflow fridge for storing water and drinks in the garage as well. The house stayed relatively cool with separate thermostats upstairs and downstairs, but it ran and ran and ran the whole time. I think it may need filters changed, especially before the warmer months hit. The coffee bar was delightful and great to have out of the way of the kitchen. The coffee maker dripped the slowest I’ve ever seen in my life. Lol I think it may need to be decalcified or cleaned or may be replaced. Coffee tasted fine. It just was unbelievably slow. we would definitely stay here again and the property really was beautiful with a nice view. The location is good and has a couple of restaurants nearby and a gas station. It is pretty far from a regular grocery store, so just keep that in mind. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Couldn't of been happier. Quiet, secluded,scenery on property. Close to area sites, towns and stores etc. Only downfall would be a bit dangerous for little ones, due to dried up stream bed with a slight cliff. Great for older kids to go explo oldertexplore. "
