"Overall, our stay was good because I made it good. Depending on the staff, they could ruin everything. We booked an 8-day stay, and that wasn't cheap at all, so yes, I expected better service. "Overall it’s a great place if you’re happy to look after yourself and have no need for a reception desk or city central position. The rooms are nice and my stay was relatively quiet, I preferred it to a hotel and it actually cost less"
