I was checked in and when I looked at the room I asked if he could give me a different room.He did and he put me us room 135. The heat didn't work right it just ran until you shut it off so we either roasted or we're cold. The next morning I spoke with I believe that was his name and I told him this and he said that he would move us to a different room. He did this...

"Quiet , clean and affordable "

"The hotel was undergoing construction and the pool was not available. Our room was nice but the bathroom was not clean. There was no free breakfast and honestly the food was not great considering the price. Overall it was a big bummer that we paid so much for so little as far as accommodations. "

The sidewalks in parts of the perimeter were full of snow and ice causing a fall, the tissue dispenser was soaked in water, and the tv is unfathomable. Overall, still exceeded expectations."
