"The staff - valet/doorman, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, ALL OF THEM - we warm, friendly, and welcoming! The food in Poets (restaurant and bar) was great. Bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was roomy and had great water pressure and quick hot water. The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues - the deadbolt didn’t work and the cabinet door in front of the mini fridge didn’t close properly. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The overall stay was GREAT! Room clean, bed not so comfortable, Hotel was incredible actually, the ONLY issue i had was just 1 very rude counter person that gave my son a hard time over buying a softdrink out of lobby. Treated him like he was bothering her and then just yelled at him to just take it because she didnt want to deal with it, then as he started to walk off started hollaring about paying for it."

"For this price, this place was pretty great. The rooms are super spacious. The shower was not the nicest one I've ever used and we ran out of toilet paper like right away. Those were my only negative points--everything else worked out great."
