"I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in December, and is my second time staying here. The location is great, with a 7-10min walk to the old town. Was very convenient to explore the Christmas markets and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is clean and safe. My room was serviced every day. The hotel lobby bar was quite nice, food was good. "We rented a two bedroom apartment at Anenská 1, which is close to the train station, but somewhat outside of the city centre. Any convenience of being close to the station was however reduced by having to pick up the key at Medena 10. The apartment is small but well planned, but in a very bad condition and filthy. Both paint and wallpaper were coming off the walls, furniture was broken and lamps and wall sockets were "fixed" with masking tape (which was also coming off). The pillows were so...

"Lovely, clean and well presented hotel which ticks most boxes. Rooms have free access to Netflix which is a nice feature. Breakfast is fine but it would be good if they had non-dairy milk out rather than having to ask for it. My only issue at the hotel was the road noise. If you're a light sleeper, you may struggle with the noise outside, particularly on the first floor. I spoke to reception and was told that all of the standard double rooms faced the road. I opted to downgrade to a single room...
