"Was informed 1/2 day before our arrival that property needed repairs and would not be available. We were offered a different property that turned out to be awful. Poorly maintained, rusty stove, peeling paint,etc. Left the property almost immediately and had to scramble to find alternate lodging..2 days later still have not seen our funds refunded. Needless to say we will try to avoid Patroy Homes in the future"

"This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. I got in late from a red-eye flight and wanted to hop into bed and sleep. When I arrived the room was relatively clean, but had some unkempt areas. I went to the bed and pulled back the sheets to find stained sheets and pubic hair all over the sheets. The pictures of the place that was used as advertisement had to have been “photo shopped.” The actual place did not resemble the place as we found it. We had a car rental so we drove to downtown and to the other attractions we wanted to see around town. We had a good time and felt very comfortable. "
