"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. "Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"The lobby was really great, and there is a restaurant inside the hotel that is very nice and had delicious food. However, the rooms were very outdated, even though it looked clean the carpet had some stains. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk around the downtown area. "

"Great hotel. Great restaurant. Diverse rich choice of dishes. Good fast service, Great room with pastry chef. The only problem: We stayed 21 days, only twice they took out the trash and never had wet cleaning. Really liked it. Will come again"
