Front desk really needs some help. They needed a card to hold on file, understandable. Young lady takes my card, I see a charge for 50 waiting on the keypad in front of me. With no explanation just taps my card and runs it. I have to ask what the charge is for? Keys, they use the old real key and the charge is for replacement if lost and just a hold. When I inform her she should probably inform the guest before running the card she just got huffy with me and just rushed us telling us where our room was located.

The hotel is in a safe location conveniently located near a gas station and the highway. Reception desk staff were very friendly. The common areas were clean. Our room was neat and tidy. The furniture was very beat up/worn down and the bed was uncomfortable. The sheer curtains were all shredded. We used the laundry room- all machines were working but were very dirty. There was a pool and a restaurant but we did not use them.

I booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds a week and a half prior to our trip. Upon arrival we were given a room with a king sized bed which would not work as I was with my grandson. They then gave us a king with a fold out couch as that was all they had left. Reception seemed to think that was better than 2 doubles!! My grandson is 6 feet and 200 plus pounds so a fold out was definitely not better!!

The evening staff were very friendly not so much for the morning staff. The breakfast was weak just some pastries or cereal at the check in counter. The place was a little dated but we liked it. I wanted to stay in Concord or Lexington but the reviews at those places were not very good. It was a 30 minute drive to The North Bridge on a scenic road same thing to Lexington.

Nice older property with lots of potential, but in need of a lot of maintenance and updates to bring the property to current standards. Carpenter ants in the guest quarters is not a good look by any standards. Older bedding and furniture, quaint but not cool. Lack of secure internet is a deal killer.

Property under renovation which is good but the work being done is lacking quality. We had flex seal on the main drain from the sink. Our ceiling was dirty and had to ask to have it cleaned. There are dehumidifiers in the hall which are not attended too and made no difference ground floor rooms carpets felt damp. Breakfast was a complete ripoff and not good one of the staff was just sitting there with their earbuds in. I made the wrong choice.

Room was fine, though a bit shabby, there was problem with control of the heat / ac unit. Maintenance came and thought they hsd fixed it but later when i returned to sleep it clearly was not working still. I was too tired to bother with it anymore and went to sleep

This property was a good value and was in a nice location with lots of free parking. It was a little noisy since its close to a major highway however, the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable.

For the five day we stayed there my room was serviced only once. I told the housekeeping lead we wanted service every day. Housekeeping is quite poor. In addition the hotel decor is out dated; it needs to be updated. Although the wireless is free the download speed is 0.2 MBPS. THIS NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED.
