"My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor, we thought it was going to be tough without an elevator but to our surprise it was not an issue or inconvenience at all. Be sure you request a lower floor if you aren’t up for the climb. The staff amazing and so accommodating. We needed to extend our stay a day and they had no issues making it happen. The apartment/hotel was very spacious and comfortable. "

"I was there on an overnight stay, having been traveling since 3:00 am so I was grateful for the early check-in! Excellent service, one small glitch, remote on my TV wasn't working, mentioned it when I went out for dinner and when I came back it still wasn't fixed. Problem finally resolved. The view from my window was of one of the HVAC systems, which might be a consideration for some, but as I mentioned it was an overnight stay, I was tired, so it didn't matter to me. This is an excellent Hotel in every way, and I will stay there every time I am in the Westlake area."
