housekeeping staff was terrible. Never came to assist when I called. Front desk attendants are great, nice, and courteous. But the assistants(house keepers) act as if they do not have to help because they don't speak english

The staff here is amazing- the staff I had contact with were very nice. It would be nice if the property would be cleaned up a bit and rooms would be refurbished. Housekeeping needs to be improved- rooms not very clean, especially the floors. Otherwise, the stay was great. It’s so nice having an In/Out Burger right next door.
