I actually took photos because this room was so bad. There was NO PLATE on the thermostat, and the grill to the unit was half askew. Poor lighting due to TWO bad lightbulbs and NO HELP resolving it for my 2nd night. Lastly, it was like sleeping in a lit stadium because there were no drapes; the DARK SHADE was so recessed it wasn't apparent they even had one. I called to ask for help twice; for lighting and for access to the safe; each time the clerk was stumped, unable to offer direction. Worst place I've ever stayed. Staff can be trained, but the condition of the room was just unacceptable. I will not return. I slept soundly at the Hampton Inn that Saturday night. They now have my business.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that there are no great food options nearby.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very nice and some extras for the road was a sweet touch. Pool was warm. Pool room was super cold, but didn’t hinder our enjoyment.

Wonderful stay
Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and polite, even though it was a bit chaotic. The breakfast was outstanding. The bathroom needed some wor, the toilet seat was loose and the shower handle popped off.

Very nice property. Breakfast was excellent compared to some other HI properties. The food manager was extremely congenial and said she thinks out of the box to make her place different and it shows. Only knock I had was sheets in one bed that seemed like there was sand in them.

Staff was friendly. Free water was a nice touch. Rooms were nice. TV stopped working quickly but the staff was fantastic and responded quickly. First fix didn’t work so I contacted them again and they told me exactly what to do which worked. We had issues with the bathtub drain and controlling the room temp as well. The breakfast was disappointing- pancake machine was broken and many food options were not available but probably just a timing thing as the employee was busy restocking.

We loved staying here. Front desk and breakfast staff are the best, they make sure everything is perfect! Hotel is extremely clean and inviting! We had sweet tea, lemonade, cookies or brownies all day! Free water too!

The property was excellent. The check-in was not. When the hotel called Expedia for payment the credit card they gave them for payment was declined 6 times (multiple CC #). We actually had to pay for the room again! The hotel staff was actually helpful. They said this happens all the time with Expedia. They tell people not to use them all the time. I know i won't.

My son was sick when we arrived and there was a walk in clinic that was open until 8 p.m. right in front of the hotel. Food within walking distance.

Very clean. Loved sitting out back on the patio. We got there earlier then we thought we would, got in our room right away. Very nice breakfast, was not just cold cereal and donuts. Was very impress with our stay. We will be going back.
