When you enter the room it smelled like mildew and cigarettes in a non smoking room. The heater/ac unit is filled with dust and debris. The 2 red stools are stained with god only knows what white fluid that was. The sheets were torn, blanket stained. On to the bathroom - mold everywhere, black mold on the ceiling, tile grout, drain was filled with hair. Hamd prints on mirrors, toilet paper was a half used roll already. Luckily walmart was across the stree and $150 later, cleaning supplies and linens to make the room. Tollerable at best. Will never return.

This is a rating of the same property that I stayed in one week later for which I gave a 1 star rating. This stay (a week prior) was very comfortable and while our neighbour played loud music. He had it turned off by 9 pm and not a peep was heard from that room for the rest of the night. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt very safe there, which made the next stay all the more surprising.

We stayed here on Saturday, October 19. Was satisfied for most part. However, someone tried to gain access to room between 1:08 am and 1:15 am. Fortunately, security lock was engaged. This person had either a Master Key, a duplicate card from another stay or some locks are the same at this hotel. If staff member, no knock on door or introduction of self & reason for opening door. Next morning, told girl at desk and while she apologized, I don't believe she took the issue as seriously as I believe it should have been taken. The lady setting up the breakfast understood the issue. This is the reason for the 1 star rating for my stay.

Staff is really friendly and helpful and they are appreciated. The condition of the property is poor and not clean. I can’t suggest this property with good conscience. Look at other nearby options.

The room was gross. There were pizza stains on both comforters. There was mold/mildew in the bathroom - which is odd considering there was still painters tape around the entire ceiling…indicating it was recently painted. The bathroom door would not close (stopped 3 inches short). The refridgerator door would not close either...which meant lots of water everywhere... dripping from the freezer door which explains the rust spots. The microwave had not been cleaned in a loooong time. And there was paint spatter all over it and the fridge. Interestingly, there were THREE plugged-in air fresheners. Three! I've never seen ONE in a hotel before. Makes me wonder what the heck smelled so bad in here that required three of them?!? On a positive note, it's close to the interstate.

No restful chair, just an office chair. Toilet seat loose. Ugly plaster patch needing paint in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were very limited. Eggs sucked. Among the worst places I've been booked in in a while.

It is under remodeling. The breakfast bar was very limited. The coffee was awful. An employee had to buy more milk from Walmart. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling & on the shower curtain. Some of the wall outlets didn't work. The toilet seat was loose. The staff was friendly.

This hotel, in the process of being updated and remodeled, has made great strides at this point! Cost was definitely a winner / Nice pool / The hot tub in my room amazing / my variety of breakfast items. But most importantly, it was the staff! They went above and beyond to support me in my day. I will be back.

Bad experience. 1st room outside light was broke and door was would not open. Front desk said door key entry battery must be dead. 2nd room smelled like smoke and mildew. So we asked for a 3rd room. 3rd room had 3 cockroaches in it. Small one on the phone by the bed. Another on the wall, third was on curtains. It was really late. My wife was freaking out and she only saw one. Next morning at breakfast employees were talking about quitting and how money was missing from the front register. We showed pictures of cockroaches to front desk. They said they would get owner. Owner came up and said sorry, and apologized. Said he just got back from India and hasn’t been able to stay on top of property but that was not an excuse. Said he would try to refund money but want sure if he could because we booked through Expedia.
