"It is an excellent hotel, a great place to stay. My room was so clean and comfortable. An lovely bathroom with an excellent shower. I was given a friendly reception on arrival. I had a brilliant evening meal before walking to the local sports stadium to watch a football match. On my return to the hotel there were a lot of people in the bar and there was a superb atmosphere. "The staff were very welcoming. I was traveling alone so decided to book the snug bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, large disabled access wet room. TV and an extra rad if I was cold. For the one night stay it had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice and service you could not fault"

"A lovely little out of the way hotel with plenty of parking. Staff are super friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Food was delicious, all locally sourced and even the locals were friendly. Recommend and would stay again. Would have been a 5* review but I couldn't get on the room wifi with any of my devices due to the Stampede client they used, but the staff even tried to help with this. Had to use the slower bar wifi instead."
