3 days in the row we went to the room and had no shower towel and waited 1 hour for them and repeatedly called till they came including the 2 complimentary water bottles. This was the same for both of our rooms we had reserved and never emptied out the garbage. Also food tray was sitting outside the hallway for 2 days infont of our door.one day we didn’t have hair shampoo.

Property itself is very beautiful, we got a room with a view of the infinity pool and it was truly amazing. Staff were kind and the hotel/room was clean. There are not many food options unfortunately and the food for its quality is overpriced. The beach is beautiful, however it i located on a public beach, all the people from the cruises would get access and occupy beach chairs, unfortunately many of them were not particularly educated and would leave all their trash behind. Staff should definitely have more control over their “private” beach space for a more relaxing environment for their guests. Overall good experience though.
