Steff were really friendly. It took moments to check in and was very close to where I needed to he the next day. My room was nice and warm, bed very comfortable, the water was hot and I had a nice breakfast

Great as a stopover except that we arrived late on a frosty night and the heat in the room was off. It was freezing (not helped by a cold window) and took several hours to heat up. Nice that there was a bar and breakfast option but we didn't feel we wanted to sit on our own in what felt like a large Reception hall.
