Bedroom a bit stark, decor rather tired and curtains dangling off windows. All someone needed to do was hook the curtains back onto the rail properly. We had requested room near a lift because of my husband's limited mobility. We were told by reception it was on the 3rd floor near the lift. Our room turned out to be on the 2nd floor furthest from the lift!

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious family room. As we used our TESCO club card points we had to pay for the swimming pool.which I don't think is very clear on the website when you book.

Traditional hotel.
This is a slightly old fashioned hotel. Nothing to really complain about, just that it could do with some modernising. Cleaning was OK and staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is good - short walk to town and sea front. Also has EV charging.

Great place
Absolutely lovely place will definately be staying again. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, genuinely cared about making your stay the best. We even got the chance to try out the leisure facilities on site. (Pool, steamrooms ect) the staff were very friendly and explained everything well. Given towel to use in the leisure facilities. Room, besides general wear and tear to the room but otherwise really happy with everything. Cant wait to book another stay.

Recently stayed at Best Western Rembrandt from Sep 30 - Oct 2, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff was polite and welcoming. The hotel and room were quite outdated. While the room was clean, it had a musty smell and was incredibly humid. We left the windows open regularly and it was still hot. The hotel provides you with a very small desk fan that was meant to air out the room but had little effect, and was very noisy when in use. There was no safe in the room for personal items. Aside from the rooms being hot and humid, for the two nights that we stayed, each morning we were woken up abruptly by the fire alarms going off for no reason. Both alarms went off before 9am after sleepless nights from the heat and uncomfortable bedding. When we mentioned the alarms to the staff, they just told us it was an ongoing issue, and they were aware. While the location was convenient, I booked this hotel solely on the intention of being able to use its amenities which includes Pool//Hot tub and disappointingly this was not included. We had many wonderful options for hotels nearby but spent the extra 100$ to use the pool for a more pleasing stay and we were told that just because we purchased our stay through Expedia , we were not entitled to use the spa and would have t

This was a tired old hotel, worse than any Best Western I have seen in the US, and the worst place we stayed during over 2 weeks in the UK. Staff was mediocre, the room was mediocre, the lobby was mediocre. Our “executive room” was in an area with no lift, with cheap quality furniture. The small refrigerator on a unlevel shelf had a large sign on the door saying“complementary to guests”, but contained only 2 bottles of water and 2 Kit Kat candy bars and was turned off. Will definitely advise against staying here.
