"Surprisingly good general experience and the quality of the bed and bedding as comfortable as what I've experienced at the DoubleTree in same area. I had to stay here as it was a home Steelers game and my other preferred hotels in the location were sold out. Was a good value with good lighting, an airy feel to the room (with 2 full size beds), a nice sized desk for working, quiet area, and as mentioned very nice beds. Be aware there is no elevator. You will need to walk up about 8 stairs to reach the 1st floor rooms, and it looked like another 2 sets of stairs to reach the 2nd floor. The walls are somewhat thin so I could faintly hear the person snoring next door but I had my noise cancelling in-ear wired headset and used it to block the sound. The breakfast is limited and all carbs - waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal - plus yogurt and apples. "

"There was a gentleman Tim that helped us out with an issue we hed checking in and he was AWESOME! We had another guy there that had a beard and a mustache that was as rude and awful as anyone could be and Tim came out and helped me tremendously "
