Enjoy your vacation in Whistler in style with great views of the mountains. This four bedroom high end executive town home is on the edge of the village and a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts/gondola. Close enough for convenience but away from the late night noise.

Right behind the townhouse, 100 steps from the front door is a shuttle that takes two minutes to get to the ski lifts. It is very convenient.

The main level has the great room, kitchen and dining room and main floor bedroom with a queen bed and a bonus single Murphy bed.
Upstairs there are two king size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has queen size bunkbeds. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a third full bathroom on the main floor.

This executive townhouse sleeps 8 people very comfortably, with room for everyone. Great size for families and friends!
Full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, sub zero fringe, gas range, heated slate floors, separate wine fridge and all the bells and whistles for gourmet cooking.

The cozy living room has vaulted ceilings and a huge river rock fireplace with a gas fireplace. Heating is forced air and for the summer months, there is central air conditioning. All replaced in 2022.

Enjoy the private outdoor hot tub while you sip on a cocktail in the private back yard.

There is ski & bike storage in the garage. We also provide three bikes in the summer for your enjoyment on the valley trail, right behind the home.

This large executive townhouse is a perfect place to vacation for families all year round. Every bedroom and den has satellite TV and free Wifi.

Perfect for our family group
We had 2 families staying at this property and it was perfect for us. We played boardgames at the kitchen table, lounged on the huge couch and cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and had big beds and you can walk to everything in the village. Jeff offered great suggestions for our time in the village and was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay just a few notes to consider
Overall we had a great time staying at this house with a group of 4 couples! Jeff was super responsive in his communication leading up to check in and as we had questions throughout the stay. The living space was nice to all hangout after skiing and the location was walkable to the village. A few things to consider as you book: the garage does not have space for a car, it is just for ski storage as one of the bedrooms was created by converting the garage into a bedroom. There is one space in the driveway for a car and then visitor parking just around the corner from the house. One of the 'king beds' is actually two twin beds combined by a mattress pad - it was still comfortable but different from the photos and description. Lastly, while somewhat out of the host's control we were not able to use the hot tub for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay as it was not working due to low water. Jeff was quick to have maintenance come the next morning but that required draining and refilling the tub which set the temperature back down to 45 degrees and took a full day to warm up to hot tub temperatures.

Perfect Ski Trip Property
Stayed at this property this past weekend with a group of friends for a ski trip, and this is the perfect spot. We had plenty of space for our group of 8 and really enjoyed spending time in the unit cooking dinner and using the hot tub. The property is well cared for and very conveniently located, so it is easy to get to and from the mountain to ski. Communicating with Jeff was easy and great. Thank you!

Ski Trip Success!
Everything about our stay was perfect thanks to the Birch’s place. It comfortably slept our party of 8 guys (had to split the king beds but we knew that going into it). The room with the Murphy bed is converted from the garage, but it was perfect for our loudest snorers. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a handful of the normal cooking essential spices. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing and even when it had a hiccup with the temperature the maintenance crew was there immediately to fix it. The walk to the bus stop and marketplace was a tad longer than expected but also helps stay away from the noise of the town, so worth the few blocks I’d say. Overall it was the perfect house for an amazing trip and we would highly recommend!

The townhouse was great for our group. Can't go wrong with the Montebello townhomes in Whistler. The home was clean. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with some extras for cooking. The value was great as well. Thank you for having your place available! Highly recommended!

Great Place!
Great Condo close to the village. We used the provided bikes to go back and forth to town. Just one thing to be aware of is there is not a swimming pool in the subdivision. You would need to go the the community center or one of the lakes to swim.

Mostly Great; Heads Up on the Garage Space Turned Into a Bedroom
This townhome is mostly great. It's clean, comfy, well-equipped, and has a great spa. However, potential renters should be aware that the downstairs bedroom was created by converting most of the 1-car garage into indoor living space. There is no HVAC vent in this bedroom nor a window (is that OK with the fire code?). Yes, the dark room is primo for sleeping (point made by the host in another review), but the same effect can be achieved with blackout shades in a room with windows. It would have been best if the VRBO listing mentioned something about the downstairs bedroom having no windows nor an HVAC vent. We had a small number of minor issues: out of date info in the unit info notebook regarding trash/recycling/food waste protocol, a missing box of trash bags, and a couple of bedroom lamps with missing knobs. Minor issues, but we contacted the host, Jeff, about a few of them because we wanted to make sure we were doing our part to follow the rules. At the conclusion of our rental, the host, Jeff, urged me to leave a 5-star review, and if not, he'd rather I didn't leave a review at all. That pressure felt inappropriate. Bottom line: overall the townhome was mostly great. Just be aware of the downstairs bedroom characteristics.

Beautiful and very convenient location. People should be aware that the 4th bedroom was a converted garage with no window……wasn’t a problem for our group but could be. Hot Tub was great……and grass. Most of the bedrooms were en-suite which worked very well. Kitchen was very well equipped but we did lack a kettle….maybe it just hasn’t been replaced yet. Overall would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Whistler
We rented this property for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 6 people staying and the place never felt overfilled. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the kitchen was fully furnished, including some spices and condiments. The hot tub was always hot and full. The TV had all the necessary channels to follow NCAA basketball and NHL hockey. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful townhouse!
Our family from Europe came here to visit and ski so luckily we rented this VRBO property. It exceeded all our expectations. The townhouse was immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable. It looked better in person than online, so our excitement, when we arrived was elevated. The rooms were very comfortable; the bedding, pillows, and decor. It’s a five minute walk to the marketplace, which was very handy. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The hot tub was a highlight for sure after a day of skiing! Communication was great. The owner Jeff responded quickly to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there in the future.

Great location and home for my friends during our Whistler ski trip!
This town home with a hot tub was the perfect fit for my friends during our Whistler ski trip. We all had a blast and will always remember this VRBO being our home for a week.
