"This was not the property we booked to stay in but due to an agent's admin error we were booked in here. We were asked to pay 2 different accidental damage waiver fees and spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out, we eventually got a refund for one of them. Communication with Host and Stay and VRBO was poor, we kept getting passed from one person to another and were often put on hold or the line went dead. The double beds were against a wall which meant climbing over each other to get...

"Great location and property fitted out nicely. There were some areas that could be improved however. The entrance had quite a few weeds around and the door key was very stiff to insert/remove. The entrance stair carpet was very grubby and a bit smelly but that didnt carry on into the property. The inside appeared at first to be clean but there was lots of dust on artificial plants and the living room window frame. The windows themselves were also very dirty. Some extras that would be nice...

"Grubby apartment, hadn’t been cleaned well. Dead plant in a pot in the lounge, a bit of toilet paper on the bathroom floor, stained carpets, filthy baking tray in the drawer. Some of these issues have been reported before but haven’t been sorted. Parking permits no longer given though was told they were by the owner, when we contacted him to ask about parking. A very kind neighbour gave us a permit. Steep narrow stair to the apartment, makes it difficult carrying suitcases and shopping."
