Lovely b&b clean and close to town , good communication and excellent breakfast the owners were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Whitby .

We stayed for 3 nights and from the moment we got there until we left the host's could'nt be more helpful, Fantastic breakfast cooked to order a good selection of cereal's, fruit and yogurt's and fresh juice and coffee/tea a plenty. Great location for the towns bars and restaurants 10 mins to the harbor. wouldnt hesitate to book again .

Warm and welcoming hosts.
Warm and welcoming from arriving to leaving. Everything has been thought of for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Cath and Peter were lovely hosts. We were able to buy a council parking permit from Peter, £1 for 48hrs, which made on street parking easy. Will definitely stay here again one day.

We stayed here for two nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The guest house is spotless, the bed comfy and the breakfast huge. Proper tasty butchers sausage not frozen ones. There was dressing gowns supplied which I think is a lovely touch. Kath and Peter are very friendly and make you feel instantly at home and comfortable. I honestly cannot find one bad thing to say about our stay and would thoroughly recommend.
