This home also boasts a private, indoor hot tub, providing the ultimate retreat for those looking to unwind at home! Furry companions are welcome to join in on the fun, and there is also an array of family-friendly on-site amenities that include an indoor hot tub, BBQ area with charcoal grills, basketball and sand volleyball courts, trout fishing, kayaking, a platform in the lake, and a playground.

Enjoy an unbeatable location near Sunrise Lake and fantastic attractions, including Jack Frost Ski Resort, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari Waterpark, Goeringer Preserve, Driving Range, Driving Range Tee Box, Practice Green, Graystones Preserve, Al Karaska Memorial Park, Kennedy Park, Ashley Centennial Park, International Veterans Memorial Peace Park, Nicholson Street Park, and ski lifts (F Lift, E Lift, and Carpet Lift). Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace and watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with an Xbox for added entertainment. Right off the living room is a private and secluded spa area with a bubbly indoor hot tub so you can treat yourself to soothing baths after fantastic days exploring the area and trying on-site amenities. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade meals for the family in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, three kayaks, two adult bikes, a washer/dryer, two pairs of adult snowshoes with trekking poles, and two fishing poles.

End each day in complete serenity, relaxing in the indoor hot tub, while toasting to a day well spent!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
