Brand new luxury condo on Central ave in downtown Whitefish!!!

The newest building just completed in downtown Whitefish on the most quiet part of Central ave. Every single item in the unit is brand new as of June 2021. Located just one block to all downtown Whitefish restaurants, shops, nightlife and the snow bus stop to the ski hill. A coffee shop, sweet peaks ice cream, great northern cyclery and more are located on the same block. This residence is a spectacular condo located in the heart of downtown Whitefish. The condo consists of 2 full bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms. The master is a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The unit is located on the second level with easy access to downtown Whitefish. There is a beautiful balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The living room has an open concept living room and kitchen and a cozy gas fireplace to cozy up next to after a day on the slopes.. The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful stainless steel appliances. You will love your stay here in downtown Whitefish. The unit has air conditioning, an underground parking garage space for one vehicle and an elevator to access your floor. Parking garage has an entrance height of no more than 76 inches. Also an additional roof top patio just opened for guests to use which boasts a fireplace, grill and chairs to enjoy. Keurig style coffee maker.

The Central ave condo is located directly downtown and just a block from all shops restaurants and bars of beautiful downtown Whitefish. The Whitefish River is a few blocks away and a beautiful walking path takes you along the Whitefish River to Whitefish Lake city beach. It is only 20 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 4 blocks from the Amtrak Station, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and only 30 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park.

Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theater …the activities are endless. Downtown Whitefish is a quaint town with great restaurants, boutique shops, spas, nightlife, and farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime.
