Fortunately, this condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with all the basic appliances you need to turn ingredients into delicious meals! You can take in your food at the nearby table, or dine outdoors by the grill. When you're done, cleanup is as easy as loading the dishwasher. One bedroom and one bathroom let all guests stay in comfort - as well as your dogs, for a small nightly fee! Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.

Nice location and area

The room was pretty small, especially for 4 people but worked fine. Nice area with access to the lake, pool/hot tub, and downtown.

Nice Stay

It was exactly what we were looking for along with being an easy walk into Whitefish. Nice walk down to the lake. Comfy bed. The internet went down on us for awhile, but otherwise, a nice stay.

Cozy spot, nice location

Whitefish is a lovely town. the Bay Point area is walking distance to several restaurants. The condo is nicely appointed, though dated in decor. Nice to have a private beach area (not sand, just rocks).

Fine property

Nice area, easy to walk to the lake. Pretty outdated but clean property. Biggest consideration for the lower level unit is that it is extremely loud. Our neighbors were relatively quiet but you can hear every footstep.

Was disappointed that pool/ hot tub was not open. Also that there wasn’t any beach-all private. Place was kind of impersonal. Upstairs was loud. Dishwasher didn’t work and I would have stayed another night but with another service fee it was expensive.

It was the perfect place to stay for my first time in Whitefish. My mother and I loved the space and appreciated the quiet surrounding the area. The only downside was that we could hear the people on the space upstairs, walking around and talking, but that was it. Everything else was wonderful!

Well located condo

My husband and I stayed here in October. The condo is well located minutes from downtown Whitefish and about a 25 minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. The condo is conveniently located for exploring the area.The condo was comfortable and clean. Check in was easy. My only criticism would be that the carpet in the living room had some stains and should probably be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Nice place, beautiful view

Everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that it’s hard to reach management if you need them. They take awhile to text you back and answer the phone, so hard to get an instant answer to any questions. But otherwise it was great. Would stay here again.

Neighbors was rude as hell, would not let me leave one morning, made way too much noise. Did not match the listing, will never come back. Had to go get a hotel to get some sleep after one night.

Issues with check-in

The property was fine. A bit dated but in a great location. However, the issue was when we arrived and operations manager was waiting for us to tell us that the sofa bed was broken. We took a look and it was propped up with a bucket at an angle. We wound up renting another condo through another site after the manager stated there were no other properties available which resulted in another fee.

Beautiful Lake-Mediocre Room

Kitchen did not have basic supplies. Fridge light did not work. Bathroom fan did not work and bathroom light flickered on and off again. Front burners on barbecue did not work. Pull out bed would not fold up after a single use. Blankets and duvets had stains on them. Shower head was way too short and we had to squat down to shower. Poor lighting in living room area. Pool hours are ridiculous. The ten digit code for the room was excessive.

This is a clean and comfortable condo. My only complaint is there is inadequate insulation between the floor and ceiling. I was in a lowered level and the people above sounded like a herd of elephants walking about at all hours. Woke me from sleep repeatedly.

My overall impression of the property was good. The living room furniture quality was poor with the couch being very uncomfortable. The living room also needs a new TV. The old one is too small and has poor picture quality. The kitchen was lacking on having enough silverware. There was barely enough for two people. The property is old and in need of some repairs but the overall condition was good.

Hope Your Hearing is Bad

Dated property needs TLC. Extremely noisy downstairs unit. Could hear every footstep from above. Additionally, there were random noises all the time that we couldn't figure out. Either doors slamming or heat exchangers making noises. Took us about an hour to get the TV to work. No instructions. Not great for the cost.

Dark and noisy

The location of this condo is amazing, Whitefish is amazing and Vacasa is great and responsive. The condo grounds are manicured and the interior is clean and a fine place to stay for the price if you are ok with a few things. First off the lighting is low and nothing like the pictures in the ad, I had to replace a light bulb in one of the lamps when I got there. Secondly you can hear every step the people in the upstairs unit take and they get up early, also there is a huge crashing sound that happens when the electric baseboard heaters reach a certain temp, I got used to it when I figured out where it was coming from but still annoying. Third, the place is advertised with a pool, hotub and game room, but they dont tell you up front that the game room is only open in Summer and the pool facility is only open Thurs-Sun AND closes at 8pm and the pool is freezing cold and you have to ask for the access code, its not anywhere in the unit. but the hot tub is great. Finally the toilet has issues internally and you have to jiggle the handle after you flush or it will run forever. There were lots of clean towels and sheets but the down comforter on the twin bed was really just a sheet so I had to turn up the heat to sleep.

Let’s start with the location, it’s good. Close to town and right at the lake. For the bad: Incredibly outdated unit! Queen bed is so uncomfortable. Bedding is gross. Headboard and dresser are from the 80’s. No mattress pad, no cover on box spring, the box spring under cover is hanging down. Hangers in closet are broken. Hairdryer worked for 1 day and then broke, oh and it was thrown under bathroom vanity and touching the plunger. For bathroom, just gross. Florescent lights by vanity, toilet seat is broken, toilet brush is horribly gross next to toilet, shower liner should be changed as its nasty. The bathroom just feels dirty. No Instructions on where you register your car or how you can access the beach. You can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs unit. Maybe put a fan in the unit so you can have some white noise. Back to the furniture and decorations, it’s truly just horrible. We were so glad we only had to sleep here, which was still not great. We turned the baseboard heaters on and realized all the furniture was pushed up against them so we moved it off the heaters. Kitchen is just thrown together. Not sure there’s even pots and pans. 3 drinking glasses. It’s just a thrift store furnitured unit at resort prices. Vacasa you should be ashamed of this unit in your rental pool. Will not and would never recommend this unit.

Just ok

This place is just ok. Good location. But place needs updating. Especially furniture. It was not clean when we arrived. Urine all over toilet. Toilet did not flush properly and always running so I had to fix it myself daily. Asked for a fan as shown in pictures. When vacasa came to clean after our check in they said they would bring one but didn’t. Didn’t care toilet wasn’t working. As much as I love whitefish and is very expensive to stay there I won’t be back at this place.
