"This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside."

"Our cabin was great because it was set back in the corner by itself and had nice big windows. I would call these cabins/lodge rooms rustic but with some modern touches. Our group of 3 adults had at first stayed in one of the lodge rooms which had said online accommodated 3 adults but I would have to disagree. The cot wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on for an adult in my opinion. Nonetheless, I asked for an upgrade to a bigger cabin in which “Charlie” graciously provided for an extra fee....

"I really liked the rates for the room and the amount of things to do at the resort. The kids had a lot of fun. We did have a hiccup when checking in. We called when we reserved on Expedia to ensure we would have a ground floor room and when we got there they had us upstairs. My mom cannot do stairs. When I explained they quickly checked that they had a first floor room for us and gave us that room."

"Was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nestled in the pines with lots of property surrounding the cabin. Loved the hammock! Great amenities with all you need. Price point was important!! Safe and secure to open up all night and enjoy the cool weather. Me and my son really enjoyed our stay here and communication with property owners was superb!! "I brought my girls basketball team to stay for a tournament in Eagar/Springerville. An easy 15 minute drive there, and a good central location from which to explore the eastern White Mountains. Well appointed cabin, clean and big enough for all of us. We've stayed twice now and will look to do so again."

"If you want the Arcade it is in the lock door downstairs. We were able to access it and use the bathroom across from the arcade game and we got charged $200 because we used the toilet and washed Our hands. We didn’t used the shower. Did not step foot in the bunkbed. so be careful when you use the arcade games don’t use the bathroom. Other than that, the house was nice in a good area close to rainbow Lake. We took the kayaks to rainbow Lake had a really good day."

"Cabin was pretty much what we expected, had problem getting TV to work, but landlord handled it right away. Need to review and update the write-up that describes the property. Currently, it says the unit doesn't have A/C and I wouldn't have rented it if I thought it didn't have A/C. Also, rental instructions say to take garbage to central site to dispose up upon leaving, but the site is gated, and no key tag was made available at the cabin."
