"Staff were fantastic, could not do more to help you. Food was lovely. Room was very basic, but clean, only thing I would suggest is to place fans in the room as it was extremely hot. Other than that I would stay there again. "

The bathroom was nice as it looked as if it had been upgraded recently. There was no ac & we could only open the window a few inches. We had a very small fan, inadequate. "Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. "

"I love the concept of sustainability here and it has been implemented extremely well, whilst maintaining high standards. The tea/coffee/hot chocolate area on each floor rather than in rooms gave more variety, better quality and the refillable water bottle in the room to use for the filtered water at the refreshment station was excellent.
The bed was so comfy and the room was excrptionally bright, airy and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!"
