They at least at a $100 nightly offered a decent breakfast and what seemed to be new beds. Room a bit outdated, but worked in emergency situation.

My room was in great condition. It was clean and I saw no pests. The front desk staff was very friendly. I had no issues. I’ll stay again.

Looks like recent remodel was just a refresh of some areas. Measurements for placement of surround in bathroom still written on the wall?? Quiet except when housekeeping shows up. Don’t get a room on the lobby end of the first floor where laundry room is located to avoid the noise .

After check in, I came back down and requested 2 extra towels and bath cloths as well as an extra sheet. The desk clerk Tonya, was most helpful and provided them to me as well as logged them is as she said she's supposed to. I left ALL towels and bath cloths as well as the extra sheet I requested. I overheard other guests complaining later that they couldn't get extras. Mine were properly documented.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
There are not many options in Whiteville for an overnight stay, but they do just fine at Quality Inn! The room was clean, sheets were clean and tidy, towels were fresh and bathroom was clean. Not much else I need or can ask for. Did not get a chance to try breakfast. The staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and seemed to be happy to be there. There is no elevator for the second floor, just be aware of that when booking. I would stay here again.

We were unable to stay because all three of the rooms were heavy with cigarette smoke. Facilities were supposed to be nonsmoking. Facilities were very dated and needed a deep cleaning. The parking lot crumbling and needs to be paved.

The hotel was very clean we stayed and was a perfect distance to my destination. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby staff was helpful and friendly. They were easily able to accommodate my request for a 1st floor room. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
