"This is a lovely home that can accommodate multiple guests. Plenty of room to spread out. Has every amenity. Well-stocked kitchen. There was difficulty reaching the owner to check in. We never received an access code until 45 minutes prior to check in time. It is in a remote area with limited services nearby, which made the situation even more difficult and stressful."

"My family booked this place to visit the Lassen National Park. The house is pretty centrally located and about 40-50 minutes away from Mt. Lassen - we didn't mind this because it was scenic. When we first arrived, we found the place not tidy, so we contacted Tiffany and she immediately replied and investigated what was happening.
