"I stayed on 19th December and was impressed by how beautifully the hotel's ground floor had been decorated for Christmas. (The Christmas tree on the top of the first short flight of stairs was the first thing to catch my eye.) There was no queue at Reception and I was delighted to receive an upgrade to the twin room I had booked.
