York House is a spacious light-filled, seaside haven with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private parking for 2 cars. Whitstable’s shops, restaurants, harbour and beach are just a few minutes walk away.
Off the entrance hall you will find the relaxing living room and the opposite end of the hall takes you a step down to an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining table & chairs. The room also has a wood burner to warm up a chilly evening. Bi-fold doors open onto a walled garden so you can let the warm sunshine in whilst dining. Downstairs you will also find a convenient modern shower room with WC and basin so you can wash all the sand and salt water off after a day at the beach. It also contains a utility cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are 3 generous sized bedrooms. Up 1 step at the front is the master Kingsize bedroom, and further along the landing is the 2nd Kingsize bedroom and double bedroom to the rear. The family bathroom is also on this level and has a slipper bath, perfect for soaking in after a day of exploring, and a WC and basin.
The rear garden is partly laid with grass and patio with deck chairs, table & 2 chairs and a Weber BBQ.
The stairs are quite steep and not carpeted so the house may not be suitable for families with young children or those with mobility issues.

There is off street parking for 2 medium cars at the rear of the property and there is free street parking on Regent Street and the surrounding roads.
The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
There are also Taxi services available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airport is in London and the Ferry port is in Dover.
