"Fantastic tropical stay! The property managers were so kind and full of helpful tips and information. The villa was the perfect size for my daughter and I. The pool was beautiful surrounded by flowers and trees.
I will definitely come back with my partner next time we are in North Queensland. "
"Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful grounds and villa was much bigger than expected. A really great place to stay if you're looking to relax and recharge. "
"We had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and the services were professional. However, the property was a little tired. The glass panel that separated the shower room and the toilet seat was too small/narrow. It's impossible not to have water spilled (overflowing) onto the bathroom floor. Parking was easy. Its only a 5 min drive away to the Port Douglas town centre."
"The Pullman is one of the farthest hotels from the Port Douglas village, but it is self-contained, and the staff are incredibly helpful with any requests. We self-drove but there was also a shuttle available at most times into town.
We selected the Pullman for the timeless decor. I had read a few reviews about most hotels being 'dated'. We weren't disappointed. It was lovely. We stayed in one of the three-bedroom villas with a pool, and it felt very luxurious! It was larger than our own home...
"Accommodation was fine. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and there was no wifi for a week. Very hard to get work done when there is no wifi. Communication on the wifi issue stopped after my second night, which is disappointing. "
"The property itself is exceptional, the gym, spa, pools etc are great. Restaurants were amazing.
We may have gone in an off peak season so I am thinking the resort was understaffed as the cleanliness was lacking. For example our bed was made and towels replaced daily however the actually bathroom itself did not appear to be cleaned daily, glasses weren’t cleaned etc. we left towel on the Sun lounges at the end of the day and the following day they weren’t even removed. Moreso a reflection on...
"I love its tropical rainforest style! Being close to nature helps me relax both physically and mentally. The food is also amazing! I’ve recommended this hotel to many of my friends."
"Relaxing Stay
We had another brilliant stay At The Mango Tree.
Well positioned for the beach, shops and marina with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay, washing machine and tumble drier greatly appreciated!
Excellent all round."
"Nice resort! Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful pools! Decent continental breakfast, and we loved the pancake machine! The only one thing. We booked 1 bedroom apartment and we thought it wil be a separate bedroom, but unfortunately it was a studio, with a wall pretending to separate it in the middle of the room. Apart from that, everything was very enjoyable."

"Apartment was perfect. All the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Walkable to shopping, dining and water activities. Small kitchenette for cooking meals with refrigerator and microwave if needed to store leftovers and cool beverages. Pool was perfect for relaxing or play. Nice grilling area if cooking outside is your preference. Would stay again!"
