The Concierge Mariano was exceptional; knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations that made our visit to Brussels even more enjoyable. "Staff very kind and helpful. Decor modern and minimalist, very clean. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice shopping nearby. Quick walk to central train station. Uber to airport €35 reserved in advance. Breakfast for €34 was mundane. (More like a US interstate motel than an upscale property) but other features of the hotel make up for that if you eat breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. And back to the best: staff warm friendly welcoming and helpful! "
