Quiet peaceful getaway
Came to town for a memorial, location was great. House was super clean; with a lot of cool things, like a museum. Host was very accommodating and communicated everything clearly. Was a breeze, we'll stay here again next time we come to town.

Absolutely charming house!
What an absolute delight it was to stay at this beautiful and charming house! It’s in a great area & neighborhood with a park right across the street! Centrally located to everything! The house had everything we needed plus so much more! Painos & harps added some musical fun to our stay! My 5 year old daughter can’t wait for piano lessons after staring in this home! My husband appreciated the desk and was able to do some work while we were here! My favorite room was definitely the sunroom! I enjoyed coffee in it every morning! Highly recommend!

Cozy and homey
The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. The cottage would be great to stay on a rainy day!

Christmas gathering
My family came to WF to celebrate Christmas. After taking a ride on the Polar Bear express at MSU to look at Christmas lights, we sang carols at the house while my sister accompanied us on the beautiful baby grand piano. The lovely Christmas decorations in the home added to the festivities.

Harp House
How often do you get to stay somewhere that has a HARP?? (Rachel actual has SEVERAL) We came in for a wedding and she was the one playing for it! We had no idea. It was a double bonus getting to meet her AND hear her play. Her house was very very clean and spacious. The photos don't do it justice. We highly recommend staying here. Also, the yard is safe and totally enclosed, if you have pets or small children.

Beautiful and Accommodating Home!
Wonderful home, absolutely beautiful, clean, and homey! Had everything you’d need and the TUB!!! A plethora of teas, coffee options, sitting areas to gather (inside and out!), and bathroom amenities (the bidet was a talking point for sure). My contact for the home was friendly and communicative. Fantastic house for anyone who loves the little details and enjoys a nice hot beverage on the front (or back) porch talking with family.

Beautiful Accommodations
My first impression was about the neighborhood: tree-lined streets with well-established, nicely kept homes. As I pulled into the driveway I noticed the lovely green shrubs, plants and grassy area. After closing the gate behind me, I let the dogs out into the completely fenced area. And if you are wondering the fence is 8 feet tall except for the iron gate to the driveway. I guess it's about 5-6 feet tall. Stepping inside the home I began feeling like I was house-sitting and not entering a vacation rental. You could tell this home is well-loved and used by its owner. Everything you need is in the well-equipped, large kitchen. The bedrooms are very nice size and comfortable. If you love playing the piano, baby grand is waiting. Book reader? There is a nice library. Since I was visiting my son and his wife, I wasn't here for sightseeing or entertainment. He lives just 2 miles from this home so we were like neighbors. They came over and we chatted and cooked. I went to their home and we chatted and cooked. We had a lovely time together. Keep in mind this is AnyWhere, USA so you have all the restaurants you might be used to: Olive Garden, Cheddars, Jason's Deli, Smoothie King and much more. We went to a couple of these and had even more time to share. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area with your dogs, this would be my #1 choice. I WILL be back!

Perfect location for this beautiful home!!’
My husband and I drove from Dunwoody, Ga to Wichita Falls to see my father and take care of some personal items after my mother passed away. We searched for a place to stay that accommodated our dogs as well was a short distance from my fathers home. This was the perfect place. It’s absolutely gorgeous, warm and cozy. Rachel was amazing, she had just decorated for Christmas so when we walked in after 15 hours on the road we were greeted with lots of warm lighting, amazing fragrances, and beautiful Christmas decorations. The decor was so cozy, beds very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook. Updated bathrooms ...you name it, this place had it all. She has a wonderful back yard with a fountain on a covered patio. We loved the park across the street. It was so convenient for our dogs as they loved their daily walks which included lots of squirrel chasing. She has a sweet little cat Named Mimi that stayed on the front porch. Mimi and I became great friends during our stay. I can’t say enough about this home. It’s convenient to everything, quiet and just a beautiful retreat. After long exhausting days with my father, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We look forward to staying here again.

The Perfect Home!
This home and its owner could not have been more hospitable & accommodating and made the weekend of my 50th high school reunion even more special. The home was beautiful, all the amenities were perfect, wonderful location in the heart of the most established neighbors in Wichita Falls. I grew up there and returning home to stay in a hotel sounded bleak. When I saw this home and all it offered, it has spoiled me for every future stay. It felt like our home for the weekend and recommend highly!!

Quiet Retreat

Friends Retreat
A friend and I were looking for a nice quiet place to just relax and catch up. The location between our two cities was perfect for us and this property more than delivered a charming, cozy atmosphere. We couldn't have been more pleased. The front porch was lovely as was the sun room where we spent much of our time visiting or reading while also enjoying the view of the heavily treed park across the street.

Perfect place!
We came down to visit our airman and absolutely loved this home! It is located in a very nice neighborhood and central to everything! We brought our 2 dogs so the park across the street was awesome. The home is exactly as described and very clean! Rachel was pleasant to work with and was very prompt in responding to anything we needed. Would recommend this home to anyone.
