Summary:
Come enjoy this charming 3 Bed 2 bath home with a fitness room. This House is located in the neighborhood of Eastfront, near Wesley Hospital and Wichita State University. Pets must be registered! Dogs only. This is a shared driveway, break off to the right. In compliance with applicable zoning codes, all guests who book with us at one of our properties have the right if they choose (for an additional fee) to stay at this or another property for a period of 7 days. Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host. Please contact the host for additional information and terms and conditions.

The space is nice, open and welcoming. The living room has a large mounted roku tv. Feel free to connect your streaming service. The dining room includes a large table for your use. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and a Keurig with pods! A washer and dryer is provided for your use.

Great Time
My brother and his daughter were visiting from Germany. They really enjoyed their stay at your property. The property matched the pics online. The area was good. The property met their needs. The only complaint is that my niece said she heard scratching on the walls in the master bedroom most nights and thought the room was haunted. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Great historical house near College Hill
We enjoyed the home and the location very much. There was a grocery store a block away and coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and there is a nice dining and living area. We will definitely stay here again.

Refuge in Time of Need
I had an unexpected family medical emergency which gave me short notice. The house was in a perfect location to allow me to spend as much time as possible at the hospital. The house was equipped with all the basic needs. Coffee and laundry facilities being the most critical to me! I wish I had time to have used the little weigh room which was a nice amenity. The best, most overlooked part was communication with the landlords. Prompt, frequent, and helpful. I hope I don’t have to stay again, but if I do this was a good home base.
