Classic Craftsman Charm For Gatherings : Safe, Spacious, Scenic and Serene

We offer a classic craftsman house with modern amenities. It is located in a picturesque, safe and quiet community. Inside this open concept house, enjoy a cozy gas fireplace with your family. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with waterproof hypoallergenic mattress encasement. All the pillows are also encased in waterproof hypoallergenic covers. The master bedroom comes with a large king bed and spacious en suite with jetted whirlpool bath tub. Two more bedrooms on the main floor have full sized and twin beds. The large bedroom downstairs is furnished with a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. The spacious furnished basement gives everyone plenty of room to hang out. As a bonus there is a massage table. This house is pet friendly and includes pet pillows and feeding bowls.
Level 2 EV charging is available in the garage. Close to a highway and all major retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment including: Dillons Grocery, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Ross, Sam's, Dave and Busters, and many more . Warm welcome appreciated
My family booked this stay to spend time with our daughter who attends Hesston College. Our host was very welcoming and made our stay effortless. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house had a great layout to accomdate my family, as well as our dogs. The house temperature was set just right. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and appreciate such caring host.

Great place for family!
The house had plenty of space for the seven of us (four adults & three under 3yrs) and was very clean. It was great that there were kids cups and plates and the large play area downstairs was fantastic. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and had basically everything we needed. It was comfortable and kid friendly. There was plenty of space to sleep and set up pack & plays. We walked down to the little park and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the Sedgwick County Zoo and the Exploration Place downtown. Overall we had a great stay!

Disappointed in basics not provided in an otherwise beautiful property
Initially, we were annoyed and later, quite angry after reading reviews more extensively, containing similar complaints, which have not been corrected. We would not recommend VRBO nor this property unless these issues are corrected. Garage ramp does not meet handicapped guidelines and would be risky to use; 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and NO additional supplies; Shampoo nearly empty in all bathrooms; only glass soap dispensers for showers; very small trickle of water in downstairs bathroom sink even when both hot and cold faucets are turned on; extremely cold downstairs; very thin bedspreads; NO blankets anywhere; 1 washcloth per bathroom without additional ones; NO place to hang clothes in entire downstairs; no instructions on using basement fire escapes; no instructions re: thermostat; no Kleenex. The above is surprising in an otherwise lovely home and attractive neighborhood with beautiful furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and nice lighting. Tod was a responsive host but had not corrected these issues.

Home away from Home
Property is as described..Very Clean and large enough for our family, located in a nice community. We were in town for a funeral 2 nights but if we needed a longer stay this would be a great home to enjoy. From the front door to the Garage, well acquainted An extra bonus in the garage were bikes for all ages, a grill, ice chrst and extra tables and chairs. Its the perfect space for family enjoyment. We took advantage of the board games in the lower level where we played uno. Massage chair is present but not sure how to use it or if we needed to hire someone but it looks nice. Everything worked, house very comfortable. We also enjoyed the nostalgia of the cassette player with all nice cassettes to choose from and they even had a record player. How Cool is that....No complaints All Smart Tvs are working. However, remember your passwords if you want to stream. Cable is not included. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The owners were amazing to communicate with. They let us check in early as we were there for a funeral. The space was amazing and the neighborhood was so safe. We rated the cleanliness a 4 due to cheese found on the shelves and bags of chips found under two beds. Other than that it was sparkling. The jet tub wouldn't work and we couldn't figure out the massage table.

Great location and neighborhood. Communication with property owner exceptional Hand soap dispensers in primary suite bathroom empty. No condiments at all, just surprising. Have never encountered this in any other property. Batteries not working in remote for TV. Toilet issues, but reported and received a response right away. Very comfortable

Christmas Family get-together
The house is beautiful and it was perfect for our get-together! I can't say enough about it! Loved the layout, perfect for a family gathering! The basement is perfect for kids but we had babies. Didn't need to use the extra table and chairs in the garage but it was great they were available if needed! The only minor concern was the thermostat would automatically increase the temperature in the morning and the house would be very warm. We absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

Family Wedding very comfortable stay
Family came from Florida, Arizona and Nebraska to stay in this very comfortable home, while in Town for a wedding… my 94 year old father was very comfortable and relaxed. It’s not easy to travel with someone so senior so we carefully chose a home that met his needs .. the ramp in the garage helped his accessibility into the house. The Kitchen was well stocked .. water pressure and adequate water was perfect when many are taking showers simultaneously. Nice to be able to park your car in the garage. Would highly recommend. The house and check-in went smoothly. Everything was clean and there were no major issues. The single issue we had was with the new Nest thermostat constantly putting the temperature high, but Tod dealt with the situation quickly. Everything else was just as great as the last time we stayed!
