LOVE this hotel. It was so clean I told my husband "I think we are the first ones to stay in this room" The hot breakfast was good with options. The coffee was good. The water park was really fun for our 2 year old daughter. We were one of two families at the water park so we basically had the place to ourselves. We have been recommending this place to everyone. Excited to come back some day.

We did not like the fact that the pools closed at 7 pm. There should've been more clarity that the water park was not included and that they closed so early.

New, clean & comfortable hotel. The "fitness center" is not your typical hotel fitness center. You have to check it out. The only negative is that room doors could use a little sound proofing. Since hotel is used during youth tournaments/meets there were kids being kids early morning on weekend. But that won't stop me from staying again in future.

This was by far my favorite hotel out of the hundreds I’ve stayed out. It has a water park connected onto it. Absolutely great place!

The proper amenities show that the indoor water park is associated with the property. Where in fact it is a separate amenity which cost extra. If the property DOES NOT include the water park access, then those pictures need to be taken down from their amenities list. This is the ONLY reason we chose this hotel for our trip. It is located FAR away from the major highways and just simply a task just to get to outside of the major city

As a hotel for families using the sports complex and water park perfect. For a couple looking for a little more luxury, on site dining etc it is a bit lacking. Proximity to the airport is a plus but just a bit west of the Wichita city happenings.

Im a single mom of 3 kids. One a toddler. I booked 3 nights there sun to wed last week and although conveniently right next to the water park, ill probably try to seek another hotel if i come back. The tub didnt work in our room. Youd turn it on and be pelted from the shower head. Asked front desk the first day to fix it and no one ever showed up. It didnt help that the phone to feont desk had speaker issues as well. Chalk that up to another problem that overall wpuldnt be a big deal if it was just singular issues. The breakfast is sub par. Like below so. Waffles out 2 of the 3 days we were there. The ladies working tbe breakfast bar are some of the rudest indviduals. Kept hovering over families putting food on their plates and lecturing them when they didnt close the lids fast enough. Customer service here is below standard and for the prices they make us pay for these rooms, even on a week day, i just doubt ill be returnjng.

Did not have hot water for three days reported to staff many times nothing happend handles on bathroom fell off and wen asked maintenance they just told us they didnt have any tools and we would have to wait then over charged are card with two charges of the hotel on it. Please avoid this place at all cost.

Floors creek like no other, waterpark is not included even though its part of the hotel. Not a big thing but make sure you are aware of it! Ac units suck good lord 70 degrees felt like 80

We had an overall bad experience. My daughter made a mistake at breakfast and the staff made such a huge deal out of it, complaining loudly still back in the kitchen, that we just left and went to Braum’s. The pool was 50 dollars, they search your bag and take out all of your toys, and then they close at 8. We didn’t sleep well as it was loud most of the night. I don’t recommend it with kids. We certainly won’t be back.
