The only reason for the less than perfect score is because the hotel is remodeling with materials laying around and the office was moved so we had to look for the temporary one. There was no valet cart to be found and our room was at the end of of very long hall, had to make 3 trips to and from the car. Otherwise it was everything we look for in a motel room and we liked

Not the greatest experience
The hotel was under renovation. We had 2 towels in our room - no washcloths or hand towels. Bath wash dispenser was empty. There was no microwave, but when we asked for one, they brought it right up. Lots of construction noise during the day, but after work hours, the room was quiet. Breakfast was very meager. We would like to see how this hotel is after the renovation.

Maybe wait a bit til the Reno is done
Lots of renovation being done so it’s a mess with limited parking. We were in town because of the hospital and it was the only place with an opening. So worst case scenario it was a place to sleep.

My room was on the second floor, which is fine. After watching me lug my bags up to the 3rd floor, the clerk reminded me that my room was on the second floor. Then he informs me that there is an elevator around the corner. Even though the place was undergoing renovations, it was very clean.
