"We were in Wichita, Kansas and had a great experience at the Drury Hotel. When we were checking in at 10:30pm, the fire alarm was set off. I want to give a shout out to Alena. I do not know her last name, but she was the only person at the desk that night. She was so calm, professional, and efficient. It was a stressful situation, and there were some other occupants there who were very irritated and quite ugly to her. She handled it all with such grace! The Drury was a nice place, but...

"My husband was at Wesley Hospital for 6-7 days, I needed safe, 5 star hotel for restaurant, room service, & convenience to hospital. Ambassador did not disappoint. This staff both customer service & restaurant for both breakfasts & dinners were exemplary. I would recommend staying if you have high expectations along with food things as my love languages of life. Not to mention the delicious vanilla lattes every morning. "
