"Der Aufenthalt war genau so wie wir uns den vorgestellt haben. Wir legen viel Wert auf die Möglichkeit zum wandern. Die Unterkunft ist über Tag nicht genutzt sondern nur am Abend und natürlich nachts. Die Lage ist für unsere Ansprüche genau richtig. Sie liegt am Ende einer Sackstraße und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Hügellandschaft um Balve. Die Wohnung erfüllt alle unsere Wüsche. Nicht hat gefehlt und wir sind hochzufrieden. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. "

Die 3 Bäder sind 1 Bad mit 2 separaten Toiletten.Bis ins Ortszentrum sind es zu Fuß keine 15min. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!"

"This apt has everything you need for a comfortable stay (short and long). It’s located on the second floor in a multi family home in a quiet street close to public transportation. The huge kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom are equipped with all you need for a stay. Highlight is the balcony facing Hartmut’s great back yard. There is no washer or dryer in the apt, but we asked for it and were able to do laundry in the basement. We highly recommend to stay at this place! "

Wir haben der kalten Jahreszeit entsprechend gerne komfortable Sauna genutzt und haben es uns mit Kaminfeuer gemütlich gemacht. Wir können das sehr schöne Haus gerne weiterempfehlen und würden gerne im nächsten Jahr bzw. bei passender Gelegenheit wiederkommen.f"

"Couldn’t have asked for more! The hosts met me at the train station and took me to the apartment which was a five minute walk away. They pointed out the organic grocery store and a fabulous bakery which were basically a two minute walk. They gave me the tour of the apartment which was exactly as the pictures online showed and answered questions above appliances. They were quick to answer the telephone when I had a question, so appreciated that. The other great thing about the apartment...

My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel."
