Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side.

This is a great hotel in an amazing location.
Easy walking distance from transport and being in Whitehall, just around the corner from Trafalgar Sq and Downing St.
The staff are very polite and helpful.
Definitely recommend by us.

We stayed on the 1st floor on the other building so every time we have to cross over to the main building to exit, a bit inconvenient.

I wanted to stay in Mayfair neighborhood as a central location from which to explore London, and it was perfect for that! I was around a lot of nice restaurants that were walkable at night, which was nice as I was solo. The hotel is 5 minutes from Green Park Station, for 3 underground lines and a bus stop, plus walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster area, Piccadilly/Trafalgar and more. Location can't be beat. The hotel itself felt quite luxurious, however the room was small and would have felt quite cramped if there were 2 people (it was their smallest option). I was only there to sleep and change however, so it made no difference to me. Service was warm, efficient and friendly.
