"The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe)."

"The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"Wij gingen voor een lang weekend hierheen. Het is een prachtig ruim nieuw appartement. Stijlvol , mooi, minimalistisch ingericht met een ruim balkon. Vanuit hier kun je zo de piste op, of mooie wandelingen maken. In de buurt is er niet echt een bakkerij, voor wat boodschappen moet je wel richting Todtnau zelf. Er zijn 2 kleine sauna's met relax ruimte met prachtig panorama uitzicht. De getoonde jacuzzi's op de site behoren tot bepaalde kamers en horen niet bij de saunaruimte. Er zijn wel wat...

"Overall we enjoy the stay very much. We used the sauna and pool which are in great conditions. The room is very large and has all necessary things. The only problem was the parking. There weren't enough places and people parked on the electrical chargers so we couldn't use them"

"Situated in an apartment block with many local residents. Quiet and with immediate access to walks through the woods and to nearby towns. The kitchen is small and the bedroom very tight but all very serviceable. Host helpful and friendly. Organised passes for us, but not on site. A short drive to a pleasant town below and Triberg a few miles on has a lot to offer."

"What an amazing stay we had! All the modern amenities within a cozy and private cabin. Perfect location for hiking and exploring the surrounding trails and towns. Martin and Petra could not have been more gracious hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and had everything we might need. Already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!"

"This house is a gem! We loved our time and were sad to leave. The location is spectacular: a quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, within walking distance of a grocery store, bank, bakery, and restaurants. It is in a central location for hiking, swimming, etc. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with very possible thing you could ever need. We would give 15 stars if we could! Highly recommends staying here."

"The house is in an excellent location, quiet and yet close to attractions of the black forest. The landlady was very nice. The kitchen is very well equiped, with all you need for cooking and eating your meals at home. There's also a washing machine, that's very helpful if you're traveling for a long time. There's a very nice garden with a courtyard. The only problem was the basement floor. There's a big bedroom there with a shower, but we could'nt be there. It's very cold there and the smell was...

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"First time there, overall a very positive experience. Earlier checkin was possible which was very helpful too. The only slightly negative about this is the location next to sometimes busy traffic, but that is nothing that the hotel can change obviously. "
