"Wir waren Silvester 2023 in Falkenfels und haben unseren Ausflug in zurückliegende Zeiten sehr genossen. Der Kachelofen heizt das ganze Haus, Holz gibt es ausreichend im Schuppen. Die Internetverbindung ist ausreichend, um Ausflüge zu planen, aber telefonisch ist Mensch per Festnetz erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist innerhalb von 24 Stunden erreichbar. Unsere Auszeit von der modernen Welt war sehr erholsam."

"die Anbindung an Regensburg ist wirklich gut. Am Wochenende fährt der Bus Stündlich und die Therme um die Ecke ist auch fein. Auf die Dauer ist es unpraktisch das der W-Lan Zugang nicht weitergereicht wurde und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas zurückhaltend aber insgesamt kann man das schon mal machen."

"die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in direkter Seenähe. Es ist alles, was an Ausstattung benötigt wird, vorhanden. Wir konnten direkt mit der Erholung starten. Es fehlte uns an nichts, selbst das Wetter hat perfekt mitgespielt. Wir genossen die Abende auf der Terrasse am Grill und der Feuerschale. Etwas schade war dass Angeln am Neubäuer See leider verboten ist, die Informationen auf der Homepage des Campingplatzes sind etwas irreführend. "Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Gastgeberin, der lieben Inge, empfangen und alles wurde uns in Ruhe gezeigt. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich dadurch gleich wie Zuhause und wohl. Die Aussieht und Umgebung ist ein Traum. Der Blick ins Tal und auch die Waldwege, lassen einen den ganzen Stress vergessen. There’s free street parking across from the hotel if you can find it, but just be prepared to pay if you can’t. That being said we were able to find a spot easily."

"Great location, close to main station. Old town is walkable. Close to the river. Lots to do and see around the immediate area. The room was small but quite modern and nice. The hotel only provided one carton of water. Shower pressure was so low it was frustrating so that was my only reason I reduced it by one star. Otherwise a good hotel to stay at. "
