"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. "We had a great stay at the Staffler. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable and clean. What makes this hotel exceptional is the service. Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you, They definitely go above and beyond. The ski guiding service that they provided was great and a real bonus. There were no restrictions on our dog and he received lots of loving attention. He had a ball. I would highly recommend the hotel and we would certainly go back. "
