There is an electric BBQ grill on the lanai for you to use as well so invite your new friends over for a cook out and drinks before heading off to the squares for FREE nightly entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes Gas Golf Cart, Electric BBQ grill, bicycles & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
