"It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular! Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced. I would love to go back and stay on vacation. "

"Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other...
