We had to leave the premises we asked for a cancellation but never got an answer. We did not stay in the room. It was unsafe, unsanitary, staff was not in uniform or presentable, people around the hotel were not trustworthy and were asking our family sketchy questions. I request a full refund on this because this was not safe for my family to stay.

This was a nice room for a nice. Everything was good besides the weirdness happening outside which we believed was a drug deal. Other than that everything was great

We needed a place to stay before heading up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Whether it was due to the weekend or some event going on, the rates we could find were elevated in this area of North Carolina and Winston-Salem. For the price, our expectations were not met. Loud revelers outside on the balcony until past 2am completed our unfavorable impression.

The room had a musty, cat urine smell. Linens did not smell fresh. Carpet was dusty and smell. Curtains had a hole in them. It did not feel clean. Dark and dingy room. Would not recommend this hotel. Needs major renovations.

Best breakfast we've had at any hotel during this trip. Staff courteous and professional. Free coffee 24 hours, and pretty good too. Pool not bad. Beds comfortable. The location didn't make for easy morning jogging because of surrounding businesses and highway. Other than that we were completely satisfied.
