"This home was a great place for my siblings and I to meet and continue to work on our parent’s estate. We had the use of lots of table space, comfortable bedrooms, sitting areas to view family movies and slides, and multiple views of beautiful Lake Erie’s water, shore birds and freighters. "We were visiting our family in the nearby town of Norwalk so this home was perfect for our needs. It was quaint, clean, and perfect location between our family and beautiful downtown Huron. Not to mention a short 1min walk to the Pied Piper! The train noises were not bad at all and I really appreciated that the host gave us the option to cancel within 48hrs of booking due to the noise. We also appreciated that ear plugs were provided for our light sleepers. "

Raul made it worth staying!!

"Smooth check in, upgrade for free due to a mistake made in the photos from Hotels.com. Nice quiet hotel. Nice pool fresh towels brought to us while we were swimming. Breakfast was open a half hour longer so we can get something to eat. Raul was the young man checking in And the man deserves a raise and an award for customer service. We will definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay overall but since it was two adults and four children we chose to get the 3 beds with two rooms and for some odd reason they decided to put that room directly above the reception desk and over looking the entire lobby. The lobby is nice but you could hear the kids and us since we were over the reception and lobby and everything echoed. We had a couple complaints of course. The kids were just being kids, excited to be in a hotel room. So, it made us a little uncomfortable and we probably won’t go back unless they have another 3 bedroom away from the lobby. Another thing we had to go upstairs and that was a bit much for the kids and when we had got breakfast and bringing in bags. I didn’t see an elevator but there may have been one someone further from our room. However, the ladies at the front desk were nice and great service! We have stayed at a few hotels in Sandusky and I will say this was our best one yet as far as cleanliness."
