"It was my husband’s birthday and the entire staff celebrated with us, with little surprises. They sent cake and wine to the room, decorated the room with balloons, sang happy birthday to him at breakfast and even had the violinist serenade him at the Starbucks. Those gestures really made this birthday one to remember. The resort is also beautiful and well kept. "

"This hotel is closed. There is no sign on the door. The airport transfer dropped me off and left. The front door was open so I went in. I finally found a very rude person and he told me the place was closed. I was directed to the sister hotel and they were even ruder. The neighborhood is sketchy and no one offered to help. "
