room service was non existent. Reservations for supper at the restaurants is ridiculous. No transportation, even to nearby William stead. Only 2 of the countless bartenders were any good at all. No real margarita's, they called it a margarita but obviously they have no idea. the entire staff needs training, from management to housekeeping. food was good at the BBQ, Turkish and sushi. the rest was bad to mediocre, will not be back.

At check in they gave us ground floor which we asked to be higher. They could not accommodate us that day or any day after. We had ocean view and looked at a big bush right out our door. They ran out of ice a few times and I’m sure it was because they let people from cruise ships on the property. The buffet was always packed and was hard to find seating. It was a self serve property and the food was not the best, nor were the drinks.

This was a last minute booking for a quick escape from the bitter cold and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to go out of their way to help. The food at the main buffet was great. Lots of options including a large amount of healthier options. I am dairy free and had no problem finding things to eat. The pool and beach were nice and well tended to. One small note - the drinks at the bars are basic. Nicer wine or a cocktail have to be ordered at a specific bar. Our room was amazing and the cleaning staff very attentive. Booking dinner reservations was a bit annoying in that they were only open to take reservations from 10am - 4pm so you have to make sure to get there right at 10 to make your reservations all at once or your mornings are held hostage. Taxi’s are expensive. If you are going across the island rent a little car and drive yourself. It is easy to depart from the hotel but some areas are much less frequented by taxis and getting home can be tricky. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend the property.

Very nice property, the staff was very kind and attentive, everyone we encountered were pleasant and very helpful and followed up with requests. The location is convenient and safe. Would definitely revisit this resort in the future.

This is Not a full All inclusive! Not like many others we have stayed at. Drinks at the Cigar lounge charge for drinks, ridiculous, it should be included! You can’t book a la carte restaurants ahead, must book for the next day and long lines, stayed 4.5 full days only got 2 restaurants, sushi and seafood restaurants, and they were not that great, slow service and mediocre food. They have an outdoor covered buffet restaurant, but in the mornings the pigeons fly in there and are a menace! Music is played near pool late til 11pm, and it is loud. No pool servers at pools or on beaches. They charge for palapas covered umbrellas again not included. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a full All inclusive. Good location and car rental on site.

The property was ok, my room was damp & the light fixtures had rust all over them & mold on the bottom of the curtains. Also there were mosquitoes in my room even with the A/C on high. One time I had to go downstairs 3 times to get the staff to clean my room. The food outside by the pool & indoor cafe had pigeons & flies everywhere, I didn’t enjoy the stay there. But the island is beautiful

Reservations required standing in line for an hour on average to book with one single person. Our water pressure was awful, safe didn’t work but maintenance did promptly respond and fixed the problem. A wedding party reserved half the beach including chairs that was roped off. Thankfully that was our last day there.

Really nice place to stay. The food at the buffet was good. The only thing I didn’t like. That they have other restaurants and had to make reservations. But the whole wknd we were there they were totally booked. I think it had alot to do with they are not open everyday. So it dosent give ppl the opportunity to taste them all. Or at least 2.

This is a sister company to the RIF. Room, we got a partial ocean view and pool view, the bathroom is ok, it has its own blower, you need to bring your own bar soap, theres some rusting on the mirrors and the tissue holders, the room comes with a fridge and a mini coffee bar. Customer Service, is a 1/10, non existent most or ever in our stay, the stay app has this option that says request, they have room issues/amenities/housekeeping- we requested for extra blanket and towels on our 2nd day and never arrived, we stayed for 5 days, if you see a housekeeping person outside your room grab that opportunity to ask for things, try to speak in spanish/papamiento/dutch because most of them do not understand english, I tried to call the reception area multiple times in our 5 day stay but never had an answer. Food, is all the same, menu does not change, only the cut of meat does like beef or chicken/turkey and the soups alternate, every night is international night, every lunch is the same menu, the buffet is self service- you find your own table, wishing its clean, always ask them to wipe again because the flies will not leave you alone if they don't wipe it properly; you grab your own drinks-do not hurt your stomache and make sure you get your ice from the machine and not from the bucket. The most disgusting area is by the food street, you will be sharing your food with the Pigeons, and pray that they do not poop on you/your plate/your table whilst eating.

The country is beautiful but this hotel itself was not. The room was extremely small and dirty. The light fixtures were falling off the wall. It was rundown like a motel. It was extremely hard to get dinner reservations so we ate at the buffet and the food was not good. We spent most of our time outside of the resort exploring local areas because I didn’t want to be at this hotel. The staff should pay more attention to keeping common areas clean and do a refresh of paint and fixtures in the room. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.
